Where Are They Now - 1976:
Stories of past Softball World Series players.

My name is Kristie Sullivan I played on the 1976 west little league championship team I was the left fielder and batted 3rd had a .724 batting average for the series.  Since then I graduated HS went to college got married had 3  children . moved from Salinas to Bakersfield, to Lemoore, CA . Was A PIT boss in a casino for 20yrs retired last year.  After softball , when I was 18, I was the umpire and chief for the little league I played at since I was 10.  I also coached for a couple of years there.  then got married.  Moved to Bakersfield  then coached my son and daughter in little league at southwest in Bakersfield.  all and all I have had a great life I the time we had in the summer of 1976 I wouldn’t trade for all the money in the world,  from the host families to the people at Alpenrose they made us kids feel welcome and it was a blast.  The greatest time in my life with my best friends, who are still my best friends.
